Thank you for shopping with Just Good Soil. The following Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner and shipped via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on destination and package size.

Shipping Rates
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping on all orders so you always know what to expect at checkout – no surprises based on weight or location.
From time to time, we also offer free shipping on select orders, products, or promotions. Free shipping will be clearly indicated on the website or applied automatically at checkout when available.
We may also extend free shipping on qualifying orders as part of special offers or limited-time promotions.
Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse location. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help initiate a carrier investigation.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, within 7 days of delivery at:

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Just Good Soil ships to addresses within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.
Product Availability and State Restrictions
Certain Just Good Soil products are regulated at the state level and may not be available for sale or shipment in all locations.
As a result, some products may be restricted or unavailable in specific states or jurisdictions based on applicable laws and registration requirements.
We make reasonable efforts to indicate product availability on product pages and to prevent orders from being placed or fulfilled where products are restricted. However, availability information may not always be complete or up to date.
By placing an order, you represent that:

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order that we believe may violate applicable laws or shipping restrictions, including after an order has been placed.
If an order is canceled due to a regulatory restriction, we will issue a refund for the affected items.
Just Good Soil is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or limitations in product availability resulting from regulatory requirements.
