Refund policy
We want you to love your experience with Just Good Soil.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Because our products contain living biology and natural ingredients, opened items cannot be returned, but our team is happy to help troubleshoot or provide a replacement if something didn't perform as expected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As indicated in the policy, due to the living microbes and natural ingredients in our products, opened items cannot be returned. We would be happy to help solve any problems though, so please reach out.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted under certain circumstances, but eligibility depends upon criteria listed in the general return policy above (i.e. unopened product in original packaging). Please reach out to customer service for exchange inquiries and we will do our best to solve any problems.
Refunds and Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, or given store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
